All digital products — including The Haus Issue and any future downloadable resources — are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because of this immediate access, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

We take great care to ensure that every product is accurately described and meets our quality standards. If you experience a technical issue (such as an error in downloading your file or receiving the wrong version), please contact support@vedahaus.com within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll ensure you receive the correct materials promptly.

Consultancy Services

Refund terms for consultancy or bespoke client services (including The Mirror, The Stack, or The Partnership) will be outlined in individual client agreements at the time of booking. These services operate under separate terms due to their customised nature.
